Approximately 2 hours from start to finish. Each tour will depend on the number of people and pace of each group. We ask that you check in at the Experiences Centre 15 mins before your scheduled departure time.

You must wear closed-toe shoes (like tennis shoes or hiking boots) - no jandals or slip ons will be allowed. Wear comfortable clothes: Pants or longer shorts are recommended—they’re more comfortable with our harnesses and a T-shirt. We recommend wearing layers so that you can adjust your clothing accordingly once you have arrived.  

Remember—we operate rain or shine, so please plan ahead for the weather. 

Yes, unfortunately there are. You need to weigh between 35kgs and 125kgs and be a minimum of 125cm tall. You can’t be pregnant or suffer from any heart condition, have any broken, fractured or recently dislocated bones or have any previous back or neck conditions.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older.
The Zipline tour involves a short walk from the vehicle to the start of the zipline, you will also be required to carry your equipment which consists of a helmet, harness, and trolley (weighing about 3 kgs).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked Forest Flight session are liable to be charged at full price.

Full price cancellations charges will also be applied to no shows or late arrivals as we are unable to wait for you.

Should Man O' War need to cancel your tour due to weather or factors beyond our control full refunds will be provided.

• Exchange your booking for a voucher for later use .

If we can’t run your Forest Flight tour or cancellations are made outside of our 48 hour cancellation period we can provide you with a full refund.

You wil not be able to supervise from the ground.

Three tandem ziplines - Zipline 1: 300m, Zipline 2: 350m, Zipline 3: 200m.

Safety is our top priority. We are AdventureMark approved and audited annually. Our guides are professionally trained, and we never compromise on your safety.

Between 2 and 50 meters. Each zipline offers a different experience. 

You've got this! We've had lots of people partake in Forest Flight who are not fans of heights but said they felt comfortable throughout the journey.

You can, and we do. We zip in most weather conditions and will make every effort to complete your tour as scheduled. If there is lightning or high winds, we will need to suspend and potentially cancel your tour but we will not cancel due to rain. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, we are happy to offer you a rain check and reschedule you or offer a full refund. Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund if you cancel due to rain.

On the rare occasion we cancel tours due to weather our team will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.

We do not provide photography but we do have phone lanyards so that you can safely take your phone with you on the trip. You can take your own photos or ask our amazing staff to take some for you. 

Groups currently consist of a maximum of 8 participants and a minimum of two guides. If you would like to book a larger group or private tour please get in touch.

Yes! Well, some of it... The last zipline ends up right by our restaurant and there is a walking track underneath it. If ziplining isn't for you, a good way to get out of it is to volunteer as "group photographer" and meet them at Zipline 3 for the final descent.

As much as we adore pups at the Bay - we do not allow animals on the Forest Flight site. Surrounding the site is farmland and conservation land to protect our native flora and fauna and the ecosystems they depend on.  

Not a problem at all! If you get scared halfway through the tour and cannot continue, we have a system to lower you from any platform. You will never be stuck!  We prefer to prevent anyone from getting to a point that they're so scared, they cannot continue though. This means you've stepped too far outside of your comfort zone that you may do emotional harm. We want to make sure everyone is taken care of in their own way and that means we never want anyone to push themselves further than what is healthy. Everyone has different limits and different fears. 

Before you book your tour, please make sure everyone in your group weighs between 35 and 125 kgs. 

For safety reasons, we’ll have to double-check—all guests will be discreetly weighed at check-in. Please note—we’re sorry, but if you don’t meet the weight requirements you won’t be allowed on the tour, and we won’t be able to refund amounts paid, as we’ve set aside the spot for anyone who has reserved a spot. 

Where will they be storing their things? Wallets, keys, etc..? At the hub and then transferred over to the restaurant..? 

Please bring along any fast-acting medications (like an asthma inhaler or EpiPen) that you may need while on the tour. Your guide will make sure these items are secure and available.

We strongly recommend pre booking your Forest Flight, so that you can plan travel and restaurant bookings around it.
